Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for MSEs (CGTMSE)
CGTMSE, set up by the Ministry of MSME and SIDBI, guarantees loans that banks and NBFCs give to micro and small enterprises. Because the loan is guaranteed, the lender does not need collateral or a third-party guarantee from the borrower.
