Bachatt Saathi — Terms & Conditions

These Bachatt Saathi Terms and Conditions (the “Saathi Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bachatt Saathi, an artificial intelligence-powered financial information and discovery experience made available by Trusave Fintech Private Limited under the Bachatt brand (“Bachatt”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using Bachatt Saathi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Saathi Terms, Bachatt’s general Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Bachatt Saathi.

Saathi provides general market data and informational content only. Its output is not personalised investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and must not be treated as a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell, hold or transact in any security, mutual fund or other financial product.

Saathi does not conduct the risk profiling or suitability assessment required for personalised investment advice. A response is not made suitable for you merely because it refers to information in your prompt, your stated preferences, a watchlist, or portfolio information that you choose to share.

Trusave Fintech Private Limited operates Bachatt as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-321640) and not as a SEBI-registered investment adviser. You should consult an appropriately qualified and, where applicable, SEBI-registered professional for advice suited to your circumstances.

Market prices, returns, ratios, ratings, news, holdings, corporate actions and other information may be delayed, estimated, adjusted, sourced from third parties or affected by data and connectivity errors. Information may not reflect the latest market, issuer, scheme, regulatory or economic development.

Bachatt does not control all third-party sources and does not endorse or assume responsibility for their availability, accuracy or content. If Saathi displays or refers to a source, you should review the original source and relevant official documents directly.

Bachatt may distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and may receive commissions from asset management companies. Regular plans have a higher expense ratio than direct plans of the same scheme because distributor commission is included in the expense ratio.

The appearance, order, score or discussion of a product on Saathi does not remove or replace any product-specific disclosure. Please review Bachatt’s complete Mutual Fund Disclosures before making an investment decision.

You must use Saathi only for lawful, personal and legitimate purposes. You must not:

• Use Saathi to manipulate markets, spread financial misinformation, commit fraud or violate any law or third-party right.
• Present Saathi output as professional advice or as an official statement of Bachatt, a regulator, exchange, issuer or financial institution.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer or interfere with Saathi or its safeguards.
• Upload malware, unlawful material, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights.
• Rely on Saathi for emergency, time-critical or high-stakes decisions where an error or delay could cause material harm.

Saathi, including its software, interface, branding, design and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Bachatt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Saathi Terms, you may use Saathi output for your personal, non-commercial information and research.

AI output may be similar to content generated for other users and may include or refer to third-party material. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use infringes any third-party rights and must not misrepresent the origin or reliability of the output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bachatt disclaims all express or implied warranties relating to Saathi, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Bachatt does not warrant that Saathi will meet your requirements, that its operation will be uninterrupted or secure, or that errors will be identified or corrected. No Saathi response creates a fiduciary, advisory or professional-client relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Bachatt harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use or misuse of Saathi, your breach of these Saathi Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Saathi may refer or link to third-party websites, documents, products or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Bachatt is not responsible for their content, acts, omissions or availability.
