Important Disclosure: Bachatt app offers Regular Plan mutual fund schemes to investors. Regular Plans involve payment of commission to the distributor (Trusave Fintech Private Limited).
What are Regular Plans?
- Regular Plans include distribution and commission charges paid to the distributor
- These charges are reflected in a slightly higher expense ratio compared to direct plans
- Suitable for investors who prefer intermediary services, guidance, and ongoing support

Our Fiduciary Duty to Investors
Investor Interest Paramount: We consider investor's interest as paramount and exercise due diligence, proper care, and independent professional judgment in the best interest of investors. Our recommendations are based on suitability assessments considering the investor's financial status, investment experience, and investment objectives.
Conflict of Interest Management: We strive to avoid conflicts of interest wherever possible. Where conflicts cannot be avoided, we ensure appropriate disclosures are made to investors and that investors are treated fairly. Financial incentives do not form the basis for recommending any particular scheme or transaction.
Prohibited Practices: We adhere to AMFI Code of Conduct and do not engage in:
- Rebating or passing back commissions to investors
- Offering inducements through rebates, gifts, or gift vouchers
- Churning investments or encouraging over-transacting
- Making false or misleading statements about schemes
- Concealing material facts or risk factors
- Providing indicative returns or assured returns
Information Transparency: We provide complete and accurate information about mutual fund schemes including Scheme Information Documents (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), and all relevant risk disclosures. We do not withhold material information that investors should know.

Investment Risk Disclosures

- Credit Risk: Risk of default by issuers of securities, bankruptcy or insolvency of issuers, and potential segregation of portfolio by AMC in such circumstances.
- NFO Risks: New Fund Offerings carry additional risks including price volatility risk, liquidity risk, and delisting risk.
