What it's really like to work here
We're a small team, but moving fast — obsessed with making a difference in the lives of India's self-employed. Like true innovators, we're always watching pain turn into a feature (sometimes watching our savings statements, but cooler). The Bachatt office is fuelled by endless cups of chai (our true MVP), breakthrough brainstorms, and the occasional heated debate about financial inclusion. And yes, sometimes also many mugs of chai and freshly baked samosas. We're building something massive, but we never forget to celebrate the small wins.

Why we prefer to work in person?
At Bachatt, it's just a bunch of people working to solve something truly amazing, pressing. After all, there's something magical about working in the same room with people who share the same passion and ambition as you.
